Demand: November residential sales were at 3,673, a decrease of 9.0% from the previous year.
Price: Average and median sales prices continue to outpace 2022’s figures, with positive gains. The median sales price in November was $411,000, an increase of 5.4% from last November. The average sales price was $500,000, up 8.9% from the previous year.
Supply: Atlanta area housing inventory totaled 11,757 units in November, a decrease of 7.8% from November 2022. New listings totaled 5,348, up 5.0% from November 2022 and down 19.1% from the previous month. The month’s supply over a 12-month period increased to 2.6 months.
